I just did not have great experience calling in. First was "no I don't believe we take that insurance" to "we have had some but it's a year out". No child should have to wait a year. Wish there was a better system. She tried to give me a few options to try but when I told her those two didn't work was "well sorry about that you can send it in we will put you on the wait list" Not personable at all to me which makes a big difference.

This place has changes our son's life. They have been with us every step of the way and have grown and adapted his therapy plans as he has grown. It feels like home and his therapists feel like family.

My son does multiple therapies with a few of the clinicians here and can honestly say after trying a few OT, ST, and PT around Missoula this place is by far the best. The staff are all so knowledgeable and patient. Maddie at the front desk is amazing and always on top of communication and scheduling so we never have any hiccups. I've seen tremendous progress with my son since beginning here and can't recommend this place enough.
