Shane and the team at Moving Mindz are the real deal. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They’re really passionate and totally focused on making the office a happier place. As someone who’s experience burnout from work, I’ve really appreciated what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moving Mindz to anyone looking to improve the vibe in their office.

Moving Mindz is a great concept! I personally found it be a great platform to create personal health goals and the social motivation kept me committed. The daily challenges were creative and the Watercooler section was an interesting way to view other team members posts. There are some opportunities for improvement; such as potentially allowing team members to collaborate in the Watercooler section by enabling a comment field; it would have made it more engaging. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and I feel much better, I have made new healthy habits eg daily lunch time walks as well as my usual exercise. It has been a good bonding experience with my team and my mental health is loving it!
The Moving Mindz team has been a key partner to help drive our Pearson WELL strategy.
