I wish I could separately rate the driver and quality assurance team. Robert (driver) and Scott (QA) were great! Shannon was as well until she realized she made a mistake. She first tried to blame the driver and then tried to blame us for an oversight on a COMPANY policy. Very unprofessional and never called to follow up or apologise for her temper tantrum.
Moving Kings and his team provide a better quality service. The service provided was good. The work they done was very quick clean with the reasonable price. I love the way they approached towards their job.
I would recommend Moving Kings NC to anyone; they are very friendly and helpful at all times!
