If I could leave zero stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is the WORST! They will find a way to deny your claim even if you do everything right.They helped me fill out all of the paperwork and then used the way the paperwork was filled out to deny my claim. The refused to cover items that went missing and were documented. They refused to cover items the movers broke. On top of this, after making the claim they asked me to fill out paperwork. this is a company of fraudsters, paid a significant premium for full replacement costs for damaged or lost items during my move. when submitting my claim they denied liability with arcane and very questionable reasons. moreover the claims adjuster denied a claim for broken ceramic tiles on two coffee tables because allegedly the unbroken tiles on one table could be placed on the second table completely ignoring the fact that the tiles are different dimensions on each table. conveniently claims processed as a good will gestur... read more

This company is a hustle! They hold themselves out to be an insurance company but did provide coverage even though I paid for it. Upon further investigation and filing complaints with government offices, I discovered that this isn't even the name of the company. Another company I had never heard of responded to complaints to government agencies, providing fake letters that they never sent me. Again, from a company that I had never heard of. WATCH OUT!!
