Unbelievable bad service. Tammy the owner is rude, constant liar. I felt she is not to be trusted with the care of anyone. I left her service after having her send someone to my house that was a smoker and no PSW certificate ( I had ask for both request non smoker because of allergies and PSW Certificate) Ask Tammy for consultation before sending anyone, she said she didn't have time and ask no info about person in care. I am giving them a 2 star review because the care giver was phenominal. My father loved her and she was so good with him and a good worker. But management was less than helpful and billing was an issue. I would not recommend them.
I would never recommend using this agency .Some of the staff employed are kind and caring although many have no training . Several did not know how to cook or clean . Many stayed on their phones or left 20 minutes after arriving or didn’t show up at all. The owner was billing 2 hours for the 20 min visits . They forgot to put my fathers medication on his hospital tray . I found the owner rude & belligerent when I tried to address these concerns .Several of the staff acknowledged their place of employment was certainly not me... read more
