We had booked this company to help us move into our new home today. They were supposed to arrive at 9:00 am. I spoke with them yesterday and confirmed both the time and my address. When I hadn't heard from them by 9:30 this morning, I called the local number for an update. They didn't answer, so I left a message. At 10:00, I called their 800 number. No answer there either.
