We had missing items. We had to call them to inquire where they were rather than them contacting us. We were told one of our items was hidden and not delivered because it was broken. We had lots of broken items including a 70 inch tv they charged 40 extra to pack. To date, we have not been compensated for any of our losses.
This company will over promise and under deliver. They r dishonest about providing a full crew & then day of move the company is "understaffed"; which of course takes 2x as long...They are overpriced and do not carry the necessary insurance to pay for damage. There will be damage. The owner has a volatile temper and you should investigate his criminal background.
