This store is horrible, charging people money but not sending product also saying pick up at store although they are supposed to deliver it home.Customer service is too poor.
Honestly, if I had the option, I would give minus 1000 stars, but Google is forcing me to give at least one star. Even this one star is not deserved. I bought a bike from this store and it is still under warranty, but they keep refusing to cover it and always try to find meaningless reasons to avoid responsibility. Very bad experience. I buy this bike 6 months ago and from starting only problems. They say bike is waterproof but it is not waterproof at all. Small rain or water and bike start giving problem again and again. Every time something new issue come. I try to fix but many problem is not fixable.
