Multiple unreturned calls and messages left and no response. Terrible customer service or lack there of. Couldn't even obtain a quote. Went to ultratune in helensvale instead, they answered first ring, got me in the very next day, and completed my car in the time span of a workout (not needing to keep it for 8 hours like most mechanics) and were very transparent. Go elsewhere. Annoying when your car is 2 years overdue for a service and this guy can't even answer his phone or return a message 🤦‍♀️

The best mechanic I have ever delt with. I prefer to drive older cars so I have dealt with allot of them over the year. Truly the best experience I've ever had. He patched up the problem, got me a massive local discount on parts I could go and pick up, as well as gave me indepth instructions on how to fix it. Highly recommend. Don't bother with anyone else if you need support in this area. Also I'd like to add that this was on Australia Day.
