The staff were really helpful .i brought some movies in they got me taken care of .
This is by far the best store in North Texas to buy or sell CD's, DVD's, VHS and more. We drive from Ardmore, OK at least once a month to purchase the latest music and movies in stock. The store is clean, the staff is nice and they know their stuff! If they're in doubt, they look it up for reference and answer your question on the spot. Manager is extremely rude..... Poor service
This was a fun place to be at! Service was awesome! Workers were cool to talk to! I miss it there!
This store used to be great but the past year Its gone downhill so bad. In the past week I have had their workers roll their eyes at me over simple questions, Get a snotty additude, Ignore me when I ask them for help, and I've even had the MANAGER herself be rude and unhelpful. And this has happened MANY times not just once or twice. This is every single time I go in lately and I'm not the only one whos had trouble with them.
