We stopped in Hattiesburg for a night on our way to Natchez and happened across this place while searching hidden gems to eat. Locals were right. It doesn't look like much outside but inside is like a huge family owned cracker barrel. The food was amazing. We went on steak night. I don't know if I'd call that steak but it was really good. It was more like a tender piece of roast. They had an excellent selection and some of the best fried chicken I've ever had.
We love this place! We visit the Hattiesburg area about every 4 months & stay for about a week. We always come twice during our visit because the food is so good & great price! Huge selection & delicious!
Dudes. This place right here. Mmmmmm. Home cooking AND a buffet???? A southern boys dream. Food is so good. Old timey and great. Always so good here.
I thoroughly enjoyed my first time here! The food was delicious, our server was excellent, and I really like the atmosphere and decor! I will definitely visit again the next time that I'm in the area!
