Disaster We hired this company because we were donating a piano to a local elememtary school and they gave us a good price, and seemed well reviewed. However, instead of using a dolly or putting pads down, the movers DRAGGED the piano across our hardwood floor, which left a 40 foot trial of scratches and grooves.
