I used movers choice & co for a move I was doing alone between fitzroy and another suburb. Lucas was professional and friendly on the phone and stayed in contact until the move date. My movers were Sebastian and Jordan - they were professional, efficient, friendly, They disassembled my bed frame and re- assembled it on the other side and disconnected my washing machine and reconnected that on the other side. Movers Choice & Co were absolutely phenomenal for our recent move! Lewis, our coordinator, was a great communicator, very easy to deal with and had us set up for success. Fraser and Jay who helped us on the day were amazing! On time, friendly, patient and very considerate as they moved all our stuff from a ground floor house to a 12th storey apartment. Thanks so much team. We would recommend this company to anyone in need of movers in Melbourne!
Genuinely forgot that in 2026 great customer service still existed. From booking, to confirmation, to action on the day - not only were the team extremely helpful and delightful to work with - everything was moved so quick (and that's despite the many flights of stairs they had to go down) and moved securely. Would book them again any day!
Jordan and Lucas did a fantastic job. They were super friendly, on time, and had excellent communication from start to finish. Booking everything via text made the whole process really easy and convenient. They even came out on a public holiday, which we really appreciated. The booking service and communication was good and very responsive. And on the actual moving day, the two guys worked fast — too fast. There was lack of care for our items and furniture as it seemed like the speed was the first and only priority. The amount of marks and damage on our belongings, and the mess left in the place we were moving out from (eg. pot plants tipped over) is difficult to comprehend. Would have preferred movers to take their time and pay more, if it meant we didn’t have to live with the damage caused.
