5.5hrs (not including drive time) for a 1 bedroom move 10 minutes away, and we had pre packed everything. We had a 1 bedroom move 10 minutes away, and pre packed everything in boxes. They moved at a snails pace and one (of the two) guys disappeared for a few hours. Watching them move our stuff was painfully slow and inefficient. Carlos was the consummate professional. He guided his partner and it was the most professional move I’ve ever had. They wrapped everything thoroughly. They were careful with the move. They made sure they didn’t damage any walls or floor. They were very careful. These guys were the ultimate professionals.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. The mover were extremely slow with their pace. Because they charge by hour, they took their sweet time. The move ended up being extremely expensive for a local move. We booked for full service, but ended up having to pack half of the home because of how slow they were. Please be aware to spend way over your budget because of their speed. Material fee they charge is also double the market price.
