Chloe was great at Movepod. I was having an issue with foot pain from running and she was able to work out what was causing that it and provided some helpful exercises and stretches. I highly recommend Movepod
During my appointment with at Movepod, I found Angus professional, knowledgeable and approachable. He explained my condition and treatment in a way that was simple to understand. Angus put me at ease with diagnosis and prognosis of my plantar fasciitis. I would recommend Angus and Movepod ,100%!
First time visiting Movepod and Angus walked me through what’s going on with my foot, explained the mechanics behind the problem, what’s causing it, and the plan to manage it. He also set out the next steps to get me back to running pain free as soon as possible. Overall it was a really great experience.
