Had a fantastic first session at Movepod with Chloe who was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful. She prescribed a home exercise program which was emailed to me that day which includes videos and all details making it easy to get started. I highly recommend Chloe at Movepod for efficient solutions to foot issues.
First appointment and it was very thorough. Gus took the time to ask questions, listen, access previous scans and then proceed to offer complementary solutions to current exercises. Fantastic follow up via email as promised with further information to support his advice.

I saw Angus at Movepod today 22/05/26. I was made welcome and comfortable. Angus listened to me, his response was detailed and informative. Highly recommend.
Gus explained the issue with my foot very clearly and took the time to adjust the orthotics, ensuring they were comfortable in various shoes and runners.
