Terrible company! They hire employees who will try and extort you for more money (even when contractually they are in the wrong),and their management will do nothing to mitigate the situation nor demonstrate any semblance of customer service. My movers were over 2 hours late for BOTH the pick-up (June 14) and the drop-off (July 24).
