I absolutely love the energy at Moveology! The instructors are motivating, the space is welcoming, and the classes are always fun and challenging. I’ve done over 10 sessions and feel stronger every time. Highly recommend!🫶🏻
Started going to classes here after 5 years of babies/covid etc. and immediately feel welcomed and inspired to keep coming back. This is a gem of a studio - no judgement, welcoming and fun vibe, lots of space for modifications and adaptability, and a great variety of classes and teachers so you find what works for you! Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon this studio on my new quest for health and fitness- I’m so happy I did!!! It’s a nice space, offering a variety of different group fitness classes (I like and appreciate the variety!). The instructors have great energy and I find them to be supportive and encouraging- especially important to a newbie like me!! I am excited for and enjoy each class, which keeps me motivated to keep going back. Thanks Moveology Team!! Keep up the fantastic work!!
