After the first class I was hooked! I love this studio and the teachers and fellow classmates, perfect if you love good music, friendly and accepting people, and to really feel the burn :)
Honestly shocked at how good this fitness is . Its so new to me that its still hard to explain Bar classes like Bar Stretch or Bar sculpt to people . Its easy to say yoga is also available as is pilates.... What i find amazing about this place is the exercises are just what I needed , not only do the big muscle groups GET worked THE STABILIZER MUSCLES GET A BEAT DOWN , which is AWESOME!!!. I love the variety of classes at Moveology! The instructors I have met so far are all fantastic and supportive as I’m fairly new to this type of workout. It’s a beautiful rustic studio. The music choices have been excellent to help work through (almost!) that burn. There are lockers to keep personal belongings while in class. I’m 12 classes in and looking forward to more!
Love taking Pilates classes here. Always a good challenge and they do an amazing job at mixing classical Pilates elements in with different props and movements. If you’re looking to take a Pilates class I love Emma & Rachel’s classes!
I've been attending Moveology for a couple of months and I just love it, the atmosphere is positive, motivating and supportive. The coaches are truly exceptional, they push you to do your best and the workouts are incredible, I've seen amazing progress physically in my body after I started going to this academy.
