This studio is fantastic! The traditional barre classes are great but what really sets this place apart is the variety. The strength, power, and HIIT classes are next level They add the perfect mix of high-energy cardio, strengthening, and toning to my routine. The instructors are the best.. they bring enthusiasm and a high-tempo playlist that distracts you from the burning in your thighs. Highly recommend.
