Moveology is a welcoming space, with great classes and knowledgeable instructions.
I love this fitness studio. The instructors I've had so far are great. They are willing to offer modifications to exercises I can't do, very positive and encouraging. The space is beautiful, clean and smells great. My only request would be more mid-morning classes during the week but I understand they are scheduling around work life.
I absolutely love the energy at Moveology! The instructors are motivating, the space is welcoming, and the classes are always fun and challenging. I’ve done over 10 sessions and feel stronger every time. Highly recommend!🫶🏻
Started going to classes here after 5 years of babies/covid etc. and immediately feel welcomed and inspired to keep coming back. This is a gem of a studio - no judgement, welcoming and fun vibe, lots of space for modifications and adaptability, and a great variety of classes and teachers so you find what works for you! Highly recommend!
