I’ve been a member for years and have enjoyed the gym & weight training sessions. This has been the best atmosphere to hit my goals with 100% support. The gym is always clean and many options to increase your health & fitness goals.
Ryan the owner is amazing and this is the best gym in Rancho. Highly recommend it. It is clean and has a small family feel to it, but has everything you will ever need. Check it out if you are in the market for a gym, you won't regret looking into this one.
Joining Moventous was the best decision I could have made.This is a great gym.The owner Ryan White has really helped me with relieving my shoulder pain.I really like the workouts he has given me, they are easy to follow on the app. The gym has state of the art equipment and everything is kept very clean.The gym has a great atmosphere and everyone is very nice!
Nice clean gym friendly staff and it was easy transition into this gym.
