Honestly, I’ve been to so many gyms but this one by far is the best! Such a comfy and safe space. I’m a shy girlie so big/crowded gyms overwhelm me but this was the perfect size, had all the equipment I needed (and then some), and even the staff was nice! Got greeted as soon as I walked in by Peter! Thanks for the warm welcome :) Highly recommend and will be going back!
The Moventous gym is clean and well maintained. Owner/trainer Ryan White is very knowledgeable in this field. He is constantly aware of my physical abilities, and he provides expert advice. When my doctor recommended physical exercise, she researched Mr. White's abilities and training, then stated, "Be sure you sign only with him." I attribute my longevity to his training. My team of doctors agree it is this exercise that has brought me through at least three near death illnesses
I highly recommend this gym. It is consistently clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for workouts. The staff is friendly and welcoming, fostering a positive atmosphere. Ample parking is always available, and I’ve never experienced issues with equipment availability. Overall, it’s a great place to train and an excellent choice for anyone seeking a reliable and comfortable gym experience.
Rarely do you find people who care about your well being as much as yourself. Ryan is not only knowledgeable, he is motivating and supportive all through the process. Can’t recommend higher.
