I work at a Dealership in Alberta. One of there upfitted ProMaster's came in with a concern. I need a wiring diagram for what I was diagnosing so I called the company. I didn't have high hopes for good customer support but I was pleasantly surprised. 30sec on hold and I had help. Gave him the VIN and told him I needed the wiring diagram for the system I was diagnosing and boom an hour later had the correct wiring diagram in my email.
