Great gym. Great equipment. Great ambiance. Plus: Charlotte constructs effective programmes for clients. In my case, for someone who had little prior gym experience. The programme was age and fitness level appropriate, and it worked! I recommend Movemint Gym most highly.
Excellent physio, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you. Long time sufferer of lower back pain and I have some problems with my hip. It's incurable but thanks to Ally it is now bearable and I can even go to the gym again. Outstanding.
