Alan has been awesome at developing a program tailored to my individual needs - I’m feeling 10 years younger thanks to MoveMethod - and a bit of regular work 😀
I have been going to Movemethod for 4 years. I love the community feel and the small classes. The trainers are very knowledgeable and i love trying new skills like handstands and rings. The mobility work counteracts all the usual aches and pains from sitting at a desk all day. I totally recommend Movemethod to those of all ages and abilities.
The great team at MoveMethod make this space a very friendly environment suitable for all ages and skills levels. They have worked through my injuries and am more flexible and mobile than ever. Highly recommended
A really amazing gym. They offer lots of different classes - strength, mobility, gymnastics, handstands etc. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun! All the trainers (Alan, Kieran and Vanessa) are very knowledgeable, super friendly and have great attention to detail.
