I started taking classes at Movement RX in December and am so glad I did! Classes are small and very personalized! Nicole's Move Strong class on Mondays is so much fun! She makes you feel like you're right at home, almost immediately! Her instruction is top notch and very creative! Christine's Phytoga class on Tuesday is equally exceptional! I had my first class at Movement RX - a yoga class. I am a super senior and have been to many yoga classes in my lifetime, but this was one of the best. The instructor, Susan, was so easy to follow (I can be directionally challenged) and helped us understand the benefit of the various exercises. She checked in with me before class started to see if I had any health/movement concerns and frequently checked on me during the class. I look forward to the next class!
