Sarah has been a huge help! I have a pre-existing injury to my right shoulder/back. With her help, my quality of life and sleep have improved. Sarah takes her time explaining what she is doing and makes you feel comfortable. She has also taken the time to teach me stretches that are helping me strengthen my muscles. Highly recommended!
