We are a paint & body shop & ordered a bumper for a customer on here. The bumper was on back order. As a body shop, we cannot wait that long for parts. So we cancelled our order and asked for a refund. We were told we would receive our refund in 3 business days. It has been over a week(including business days). We have called and emailed COUNTLESS times and still have not received a response. We will no longer do business with this company again. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Poor Customer Service / Misleading description of shipping process. Ordered parts though there online ebay store. called there customer support in regards to issues with shipping, they where rude and just hung up on me....BUY ANYWHERE BUT HERE
