Great verity of exercises which are helping my wife and I to gain strength and more energy as well as feeling a lot better about ourselves, my wife & I are both enjoying these classes. Excellent instructor.
I have been loving the Tuesday morning aqua fitness class at Elysia Wellness Retreat. Great exercise, excellent instructors and beautiful surroundings.
My first experience with any Aqua aerobics, Mel made the Aqua Func fun, extremely enjoyable, and wanting me to keep going. I have actually seen improvement in my balance, and my leg strength too.

I have had the privilege of attending the Tuesday aqua classes they are full of fun we work hard and no class is the same. Looking forward to the land classes on 1st April
