I made an appointment at Movement Solutions after 9 months of increasingly worsening right shoulder pain, despite my home attempts at stretches, ibuprofen, and rest. I went to movement solutions after several months of pain on the outside of my hips especially at night as I am a side sleeper. Tim quickly diagnosed bursitis in both of my hips and within a week of starting Physical Therapy and following Tim's suggestion my pain at night was significantly better. After 12 weeks I am 95% there just need to strengthen my legs a bit more and ensure I keep on a weekly work out routine to keep my strength. I have been very happy with my experience and progress at Movement Solutions! The therapist listen to you and adjust the exercises based on your needs each week to help you get stronger. They are knowledgeable and kind. Movement Solutions has helped reduce my pain and increase my strength. They have helped me be consistent with my exercises at home with their accountability system. Dr. Tim and his team (particularly Nia) are amazing to work with. The attention to detail in making sure I was always in the correct position, to the smallest adjustment, was so appreciated. After working through my PT for hip and shoulder pain, I am so much stronger, have a better ability to exercise without hurting myself and have learned how to activate muscles correctly. This experience has helped me get back to a more active life with my grandkids, gardening, horseback riding and everyday work. Thanks so much!
