When I first began, I could hardly move around, but Dr. Nia Kenya, as well as Dr. Monika Davis came up with a personalized treatment plan that helped me regain my strength and mobility. They were patient, encouraging, and truly cared about my recovery. Thanks to Movement Solutions and their team, I’m starting to get back to the things I once enjoyed doing.
I had diastasis recti after having my second baby, and Dr. Kenya worked with me and helped me have a full recovery within weeks- much faster than I was thinking. She didn’t give me “umbrella” care, but worked with me based on my specific postpartum needs. I 100% recommend her!!!
