The program at Movement Solutions is excellent. The staff are amazing. They worked me through every step of the program with thorough explanation of everything we were doing. My knees have been weak since my teen years. The exercises they have worked me through have produced phenomenal results. My knees are stronger and I am more confident on them. I recommend this crew to anyone who needs any kind of physical therapy.
