I have been going to Movement Solutions for about 6 months after years of physical therapy and chiropractic sessions with others. Movement Solutions' focused approach to my specific lower back, hip, and sciatic pain has been more helpful than the years with the other practices. They listen to me and design specific exercises to help with strengthening my core muscles. The progress is slow, but I have seen noticeable improvement. Great group of people to work with.
After three years of slowly increasing back pain, I went to Movement Solutions because carrying and car-topping my kayak was becoming quite painful, spoiling my favorite outdoor activity. After three months, the back pain is almost gone, and by continuing the back/core/leg exercises, I think I'm on the road to total recovery.
