All of the trainers are EXCELLENT!! They are very knowledgeable and really listen to any concerns. They work with you to put together a program to help achieve your goals. Highly, highly recommend you work with their tailored program before resorting to more invasive options. Or worse….just giving up to “I guess I’ll just have to learn to live with the problem while taking pain meds”
