I’ve been attending Movement Society(Formerly CrossFit Abbotsford) since about 2015 when my strong daughter said she wasn’t going to be doing ballet anymore and wanted to try CrossFit and would pay my foundations class if I tried. I’ve been going regularly almost since and I still attend with my daughter and her husband.
