3 Words. Professional, Fun, and Serious...about Results. I am a member at Equniox and those work outs felt a bit isolated. Here I received the focus and attention I didn't even know I wanted and I LOVED it. Great location in Copley Square. Worth the investment.

I was looking to get back in shape and did a search for personal trainer in back bay. Decided to give these guys a try and they ended up to be awesome! Zuck is great and Eric is as well. Highly recommend these guys

Eric and his personal trainers are top notch. As a practitioner, I rely on other professionals who understand how the body moves and can make recommendations based on my personal needs and not just put me through generic exercises. Their understanding of functional movement is impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

So I met with Eric and we talked about fitness and body mechanics a lot. Because of the nature of the work that I do there is a lot of bending lifting and reaching. Having a bad back I feel comes with this territory but Eric says it does not have to and I just have to retrain my muscles and use the right ones instead of the easy ones. I was really shocked at how much easier it is to get things done with his methods and suggestions. Thank you
