Movement revolution is amazing! They have great trainers, and are very attentive. It’s definitely a far drive for me coming from Chicago BUT it’s definitely worth it.
Excellent trainers in a fun atmosphere! Their approach to movement has really helped me to control my PD symptoms. They’re very knowledgeable and can tailor a work out to your specific needs. I’m very glad I found MR.
Meeting these trainers and having them work with my husband as been the best,most positive help toward dealing with all the physical side effects of Parkinson’s!
