Movement revolution is amazing! They have great trainers, and are very attentive. It’s definitely a far drive for me coming from Chicago BUT it’s definitely worth it.
Excellent trainers in a fun atmosphere! Their approach to movement has really helped me to control my PD symptoms. They’re very knowledgeable and can tailor a work out to your specific needs. I’m very glad I found MR.
Meeting these trainers and having them work with my husband as been the best,most positive help toward dealing with all the physical side effects of Parkinson’s! Great place! Everyone there is smart, enthusiastic, and very motivating. The exercises have helped improve my symptoms, and have given me the confidence that I can slow the progression of my Parkinson's.
