Movement Revolution is awesome. The staff are highly qualified, facility is clean and equipment is well suited to their exceptional training program. Everyone raves about their classes. In a short period of working with my personal trainer I regained my confidence to begin working out again.

Instructors with excellent training, experience and a great attitude lead this class targeting those with Parkinson's to improve their quality of life. General exercise and boxing techniques are used in this hour-long class. Yes, boxing turns out to be an excellent form of exercise to slow and reduce the effects of Parkinson's Disease.
Great facility! Everyone here is so nice and caring! They took really good care of me! Very clean! I would definitely recommend!
