Excellent group of coaches/trainers! Anna, my coach/trainer, works my tail off! Her plans help to keep me fit and looking forward to our next session together. From stretching to working on my agility to strength training, you can’t ask for anything more. You get out of a session as much as you put into it!
GREAT TEAM to work with. I started 2 years ago, it took two people for me to stand )1 behind 1 in front to block my knees.) I started walking with a harness. Last week I walked with a walker 58 feet. Today I SMASHED that record I walked 94 feet. Small facility big results Coach
