Truly THERAPEUTIC massage at MR! Talented, intuitive therapists that know physiology. Time spent here is investment in healing, alternative, preventative, natural healthcare. A great find!
Place is vibe AF. Went for a yoga class, the cement floor was sick and everyone was all Zen which totally allowed my Chakra's to open up and express themselves. Nice candles too.

First time client of Movement Restoration. My massage therapist was Nikki & she was awesome. I gave her generic shoulder, upper back & lower back stressed area. I asked her to let me know what she thinks once she starts. Nikki very quickly knew my problem areas. She explained the what, the how, and why of my issues.
