I've been training with Greg for a few years, no matter what's going on we've managed to find a way to train and achieve great things. Greg has a genuine passion for people and seeing his clients progress, he has several qualifications and extensive experience. I feel lucky to have met Greg and would highly recommend him, no matter your goals he will deliver!
I have just started training with Greg and within 2 sessions I am already feeling stronger and my range of movement has increased which has reduced my pain in my joints. Greg is able to cater for all physical abilities and limitations. Strongly recommend training with Greg.
I have been working with Greg for the past 12 months following a severe flare up in my lower back. My biggest concern with doing exercise after the flare up was obviously not aggrivating the lower back and going backwards. Greg has been careful to ensure that we don't push things too far but at the same time continuing to improve the strength and mobility around my hips and back. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone needing help recovering from injury or seeking better movement generally.
Due to chronic fatigue I needed to find someone that understood my level of condition and train me appropriately to ease me back into exercise and improve my strength. I have found Greg's approach to training to be different. My training isn't the usual weights and cardio. I have been training with Greg for the past two years (yes, even through COVID). My initial goals that we set have been met- I now have good movement in my knees & my back has more strength. Greg always adjusts my sessions to suit my movement & pain levels, never putting me in a position where I am in more pain or pushing me past my limits.
