Josh and Carissa are amazing! They are clear communicators, helpful, friendly, organized, and knowledgeable. Over the top great experience for us! We feel like an important client to them, not just another name on a list. We switched from prior lenders we had used primarily because of the many options and ideas they presented to us for our home loan. Was previously Caliber Home Loans Back in January 2022 I called in with some questions about starting the home buying process. I was referred to Sara who sounded professional at first. Before the phone call was over she informed me that she had pulled my credit without my permission. Because of this I chose not to go with Caliber, and went elsewhere to another local company that was much more trustworthy and respectful. If most people are like me, loans and banks and money can be exhausting and overwhelming at times. But Josh really made the process comfortable and easy to understand. He asked great questions, gave all the answers, and kept me in the loop without bombarding me with emails and texts. When I first talked to Josh about the possibility of a refinance, he took it upon himself to judge the market then made an executive decision to lock me into a rate.
