Don't walk, RUN away from this company. We used the branch manager, Jim Martin, thinking he would be the most knowledgeable. He constantly gave us incorrect information, was hard to reach, had no sense of urgency, and halfway through the deal basically stopped doing his job. I had to constantly call all parties involved and double check his work which was always missing. Normally I do not write bad reviews but considering buying a home is a major milestone in ones life and can be extremely stressful I figured I would give my honest opinion. Movement Mortgage is a joke. I went with them based on my realtors suggestion and because they offered a 10 day close, however I did not close until a month after my original closing date. I was asked to submit multiple documents multiple times because no one communicated internally. I would call for updates and no one would answer, messages left but no o... read more
