I have to also give a special shout out to the team Loan Administrator, Angela! Whether morning, afternoon, evening or even weekend someone on his team responded to all my calls and any questions. They were on top of each step of the process, and had unreal communication. They are simply the best mortgage professionals in the mortgage world! 5 stars isn't enough... 6 STARS!!
I was in the middle of a mortgage being applied for when I was feeling uneasy about the process. I then found John and quickly realized I needed a lending change. He was knowledgeable, personable, and experienced in all that he did. He took over my FHA loan and closed it in 3 weeks. I could not be happier with my experience with him. Rita and her team gave me the worst experience. I knew trying to buy home for a first time home buyer would be hard but I did expect the loaning company would lie to me about almost everything. Each task I was giving to complete i did it and each Time I was told to do another task to improve my credit/ income .
