Best of the best. Dealing with Sean McConnell is the best experience you could possibly have in obtaining a mortgage. The amount of knowledge he has to share and the compassion he has in dealing with your transaction is beyond belief. Five stars all day long
Horrible...unprofessional...incompetence. I'm not sure what's happening now vs. 2-3 years ago...If you don't want to make dealing with these folks a full-time job for 2-3 months, please run.
Terrible company if I could give a 0 stars I would. I was assigned to Russell and he has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This man doesn’t respond to his clients or bother reaching back out. Absolutely horrible experience!
This company was great but recently they have not been able to service their loans efficiently. I am giving this 2 stars because they do have one loan officer there that has it together, but other than him I would go with a company who is honest and gets loans completed on time!
