The worst mortgage company. They keep me lock in “underwriting” for 2 months. Christina Santiago needs fired. So I fired her and she tried to bust the deal when I left. I called John at Union home mortgage they got the job done. Now I own a half million dollar home and she got nothing.
Wonderful loan officers! Ask for John or Bill. These guys answered all my questions and walked me through the process step by step! Definitely would recommend!
I recently applied for and eventually received a jumbo loan to purchase a 2nd home in NC. It was a thoroughly miserable experience. I prequalified, was quoted a sub 4% rate and two weeks into the application process was told that my income was insufficient for the loan program the loan officer had chosen and that the rate would be 1% higher.
