Completely incompetent. (investor loan so no 3 day review of CD needed.) Not the buyer, but the seller in this transaction. This company has promised to close the loan 3 different times. Each time the day before or the day of closing they need "another document" or "the underwriter needs X" or "the underwriter needs more time". Multiple times everything was 'received' and everything was in underwriting for final review. This mortgage company uses an underwriter in California.
