This movement mortgage LLC was horrible. They had no sense of urgency, my agent and I were asking them if they needed any information. If anyone knows how a real lender works, they are always asking for the world until officially 100% everything is in, and then they get additional information for back up. My employer sent VOE 4 separate time over the course of 3 weeks, to 4 desperate people faxed and scanned. They would still ask for information and find out that they had it a month ago.
