I visited James for some lower back pain. During the session, he first explained why it was happening and then provided some much-needed relief. James followed up the session to check in on my well-being and also sent an exercise and recovery plan to suit. I would highly recommend James.
Excellent service. In my initial consultation, James identified the source of the pain in my lower back and in the treatment reduced the pain and the tightness in that area. He has also provided some stretch exercises to further improve the affected muscles and eliminate the pain. Highly recommend!
