James is extremely thorough, explained my symptoms in very clear terms and helped me understand exactly what may be going on. Spent. A lot of time massage and mobilising not just doing adjustments. James followed up with phone call and text after my first session to ensure everything was ok which is great personal service. I highly recommend.
