Kendra and Omid were both very professionl yet made the vibe extremely comfortable and calming! After a 30 minute stretch therapy session with Omid, I came out feeling less tense and extremely relaxed all around! I highly recommend!

It was a pleasure meeting Kendra. She is personable yet professional. She was [very] patient, thorough, and asked a lot of pertinent questions to determine the best treatment for me. When Kendra began working on me, she explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. She also gave me lots of tips to use outside of the therapy sessions with her. My visits with Kendra have been amazing. She’s intuitive and a good listener. She has addressed a long term back issue I’ve had from constant driving. I’ve seen chiropractors, orthopedics, spinal doctors and have had PT. She’s been the first to address my back tightness. I’d love to be able to see her weekly.

5 stars is not enough! Lisa was incredible. I had been experiencing back pain all week and left feeling the best I have felt in a while! She listened to what I needed and talked me through exercises that would help. I can’t wait to go back to Movement in science.

Lisa was very welcoming and personable. Getting massages or anything of that nature are typically out of my comfort zone, but she made the experience very comfortable. She took the time to listen to what my concerns were and walk me through each stretch she performed so I had an understanding of the how/why for future knowledge. Compression boots and infrared light therapy were also fantastic post workout—I would highly recommend!
