I love this place!!! I normally see Lisa, but the whole team is AMAZING. I leave walking taller and more relaxed whether it be a massage or a stretch. Highly recommend you schedule an appointment at Movement in Science.
Great place to go if you are suffering from pain and need relief. The therapists are knowledgeable, and know how to help your body recover from injury. After injuring myself, and limping around for nearly 6 months trying various therapies (chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, inconclusive X-rays at the doctor) the care I've recieved at M.I.S. has finally helped me to recover. Absolutely incredible experience! I came in with severe tension in my neck and shoulders, and my massage therapist (Lisa) knew exactly how to fix it. The pressure was perfect, the environment was deeply relaxing, and I felt immediate relief. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.
