Josh is great! He really takes the time to understand your specific needs and knows exactly which techniques will help. You can tell he's experienced and genuinely cares about how you feel during and after the session. On top of that, the whole process is effortless: scheduling is easy, check-in is quick, and check-out is just as smooth. Highly recommend if you're looking for a massage therapist who's both skilled and easy to work with.

I am incredibly happy with the service from Movement Improvement. I feel heard, my pain is less and my flexibility is up. Josh is an expert at finding the right pressure and responding to feedback for real relief from my chronic issues. They are great at scheduling and working with insurance. I recommend giving them a try!

I would highly recommend Movement Improvement to anyone needing a massage therapist! All their therapists take the time and interest to ensure they are meeting your specific needs and they have so many tools in their belts. I always walk away feeling incredible. Jana is wonderful in making sure you get scheduled quickly too and is such an advocate! I really appreciate all they do!
