I’ve been coming here for over a year and I love it. Elizabeth really knows her stuff, and so do all of the other instructors. They keep up with their own training and continue to bring fresh exercises to class. I don’t think I’ve ever had the same class twice. They provide lots of options for modifying exercises based on experience, each individual’s height, and consideration for injuries. I can’t recommend MI Pilates enough!
Movement Improvements is amazing! The small class size is ideal. Elizabeth is so personable and makes each experience individualized to each class. My fiancé came with me to a class and he said it was such a fun experience and a nice challenge. Highly recommend this studio!!
MI Pilates gives a really customized and personal Pilates experience at a reasonable price for such a small class. They’ve added a few instructors recently for variety and the small class size is great.
