A beautiful studio that I visited when traveling to the area for work. I loved both classes that I attended. The teachers were welcoming and so were the other students. I will be back for sure if I am ever back in the area 😊
I cannot say enough positive things about this yoga studio. From the owner, Tristen, to all of the teachers, the variety of classes, the community of fellow yogis and the space itself, that make it feel like such an open, inviting and safe place that you can't get enough of. I’ve been practicing at this studio for almost 3 years, and it has been such a constant through so many stages of my life. I’ve taken everything from Sculpt to Yin classes, which has allowed me to challenge myself when I wanted intensity and slow down when I needed restoration. One of the things I appreciate most is that I was able to continue practicing throughout my pregnancy with supportive instructors who helped me modify safely, and now the studio has been an important part of my postpartum journey as I work on rebuildi... read more
I love Movement! I’ve taken all of the class formats, and my favorites are Sculpt & Strengthen and Restore & Reset. Every teacher I have met has been so kind and welcoming. This studio is an incredible part of the Roanoke and DFW community!
