He pushes me just the right amount while making every session effective. I highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer

The Pt Ian Halpin is a very supportive enthusiastic, friendly and respectful coach for fitness and strength training. I'm getting stronger each week and am lifting weights safely, each week lifting more and attaining PB's. I would recommend the service for anyone looking to build strength and confidence in their physical ability.
