DNA is a great team of young but very specialised people who demonstrate commitment, knowledge and passion in everything they do. I started going there during my chemotherapy and it is still remarkable how well Kate manages to adjust my program so it's not too hard but challenging just enough for constant improvement.
The team at MAC are amazing human beings. Not only are they exceptionally skilled exercise physiologists, they are kind, caring people who guide, motivate and check in with you every step of the way. Very glad to have them on my side!
