Kelsey and the team at Movement101 have been fantastic in my recovery from labour and pregnancy. I have been able to get the help I need to feel my normal strong self and be a great mum.
I can’t recommend Movement 101 and Oisin highly enough. My son went there to help with muscle soreness in his leg and the treatment and at home program were both great for him. The follow up with links to recommended exercises made it simple to follow and do at home. There was no pressure to prolong the treatment which I’ve experienced with other practitioners and just another reason for the 5 star rating. Thanks Oisin for the great service!
