The sessions are one on one and run on time. I felt listened to and their instructions are very clear. A very professional experience.
Oisin has helped me with ongoing knee osteoarthritis plus other joint/ligament issues I've had over the past few years. He is a lovely person as well as being very professional. She has great energy, is highly professional, and provided effective solutions both during the consultation and for home treatment, including exercises and pain relief. I highly recommend her!
