Can’t speak highly enough of Eloise and the team. As a runner she’s been so helpful for every niggle that has come up throughout my training over the years. Awesome new facilities. Super friendly staff throughout the place. Can’t see myself going to any other physio.
I had a number of sessions with Sophie at Movement 101 Botany due to some knee issues from playing soccer. Through Sophie's analysis, treatment and rehab programs i was back playing within a few weeks. The new location is great and they have some good updated tools for measuring progress which were great. I would happily recommend Sophie and the team.
I’ve had very up and down experiences with physios up until coming to Oisin at Movement101. After about 6 months of dealing with a very annoying shoulder issue I was referred to him by a coach and am so glad for the experience. Oisin’s knowledge and demeanour really made me comfortable in committing to the treatment plan.
