I first met Maeva at Snap Fitness when I joined her mat Pilates classes, which motivated me to start personal training with her in March. The most exciting part of this journey has been the duo Pilates sessions, which allowed me and Sandra to bond and get to know each other better. Would highly recommend Maëva’s Pilates and Yoga classes! Her classes will not only challenge you but her attitude and sense of humour make them really enjoyable. She does a great job of explaining, correcting form and describing where you should be feeling the moves. Maëva also handles differing levels very well by giving modifications you can incorporate if a move is too hard or easy.
I've been working with Maëva for a while now, attending yoga, pilates, and stretching classes. Very happy with the results. Love her enthusiasm and passion to help everyone. Thank you Maëva!
