Since doing 2 weekly classes at Moved Armidale since the beginning of 2026 I have have improved my mobility beyond my expectations and I no longer have the hip joint pain I was experiencing from 28 years of a 10 hour a day desk job I've tried yoga and osteo therapy and steroid injections and nothing has worked before now.
