A few years ago, I used an auto transport service to move from the West Coast to the Midwest, and it was an excellent experience. I would recommend this company 100% without hesitation! Bad experience with this company. Patrick Connor was the agent who set up my transaction and Monica Reyes the agent handling my vehicle transport. I paid extra money to have my car picked up on a specific date as I was moving the very next day. The day of pickup, I received a call from Monica to tell me the transporter was delayed and to give me options of moving forward, which was to have a local transporter pick up the car on a flatbed to take to a holding location to be released the next day. My brokers name was Ally. Iam a transporter. She was all over the load from pickup to drop off. She was so appreciative of the job I had done for her customer. I had a little trouble understanding the pay system,and she helped me so much with the process. She is a true asset to your company. Give that girl a raise!
