Horrible experience. Multiple issues from beginning to end and still attempting to resolve issues. I will finish my review once I have compiled all the photos, dates, details.
Great communication and service. They say door to door but practicalities of getting a giant car carrier to most doors is tough, so most likely they’ll pick up nearby that’s semi accessible. This was no problem for me. For a friend who also shipped a car, they paid for his Uber ride. Very satisfied.
I needed a car transported from California to Washington state and this company was recommended to me by my moving company. I made contact with them. They gave me an extremely reasonable quote, and they were able to get things done very quickly. I received good communication from the driver coming to pick up my car and the driver that delivered the car. My first contact was with Brandon, and then he set me up with Monica. Don’t trust them they will lie. Very unprofessional!! My driver drove from Michigan to San Diego Awana told me that the customer wanted the drivers license a copy so he could add him to his insurance. The driver delivered the truck I called her she asked for a pod I said you never mentioned us needing one she said no problem I’ll take care of it with accounting.
