When things get difficult quickly and requirements change and your 90 years old , you need solutions not problems. Special chair to help lift you upwards and forwards to assist getting up from sitting. It does much more but that was the big plus. The two men that delivered it under stood it, demonstrated it, quick easy no fuss service. Positive experiences are good things in tough times so thanks from me and my mum.
